Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare Payment voucher and ensuring all payments have adequate supporting documentation
Document Filling with appropriate support documentation.
Ensure all paid documents are stamped
Ensure that all Transaction have been duly approved and authorized before entering them into the books of accounts
Data entry of all payments and Receipts into ZOHO accounting system
Bank reconciliations
Petty Cash Maintenance
Monthly Fuel analysis
Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll
Support the Finance Manager with tasks when required
Other administrative duties given by management

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge with accounting software will be an added advantage
Be fluent with written and spoken english
Flexible and well organized and willing to solve problems
Be willing to carry out other support duties as assigned by management
Must be a member of ZICA
Minimum of an accounting degree and/or a recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA II, CIMA, ZICA or equivalent)
