Summary Description

  • Collecting data
  • Sourcing missing data
  • Organizing data usable format.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining database.
  • Maintaining Sales data of primary and secondary market.
  • Provide insight of market and product performance on the base of available and maintained data base.
  • Publish daily Budget Vs actual and variance analysis at product, region and sales executive level performance.
  • Publish monthly and weekly performance report.
  • Co-ordinate between Sales, Accounts and management on weekly basis and update performance of all salespeople.

Essential Qualities, qualifications and experience

  • Should be self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Should be team player.
  • Should have Sense of ownership and should play key role to achieve organizational goals.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Person with relevant qualification would be preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, Power point)
  • SQL and Excess would be added advantage.
  • At least a Diploma in information Systems
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment
