Reporting to the General Manager –Corporate Business, the Corporate Business Client Services – Assistant Manager will be responsible for liaison between Sanlam, Corporate Clients and Brokers. The details of the job will include Query resolution, Broker and Client engagement & Service auditing. The ultimate objective of the investment being 100% business renewal, Zero Complaints and increased referrals at an annual return of 1:3.
