BCP is recruiting for a Chiefdom Lead x13 (CL) under the Kafue-Zambezi Community Forest Project (KZCFP) to be responsible for the coordination of REDD+ project activities within the assigned Chiefdoms. The Chiefdom Lead will report directly to the Sector Manager. The Chiefdom Lead will oversee the Chiefdom Officers and will collaborate with Agriculture, Conservation officers to implement Project Activities in the assigned Chiefdoms. Working in coordination with Forest Department and Department of National Parks and Wildlife, with the Chiefdom Lead will support capacity development of the CFMGs in governance, finance, project management, The Chiefdom Lead shall be directly responsible for the development and alignment of CFMG AWP to VCS and CCB standards and its successful implementation. The Chiefdom Lead will take accountability over the monthly and quarterly AWP review meetings with CFMGs and reporting on the delivery of VCS and CCB standards to the Sector Manager. The Chiefdom Lead is responsible for validating and reporting of all Community Engagement, Conservation, Agriculture and Livelihood datasets captured and entered by the Chiefdom officers to the Sector Manager.
