EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Advocate of the High Court of Zambia with 2-4 years post admission experience in a general or specialized Corporate Commercial practice
• LLB degree with a solid academic transcript
• LLM in corporate or commercial law will be an added advantage
• Transactional and corporate experience

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Drafting legal documents, including opinions, memoranda,
• Drafting commercial agreements and other transaction-related ancillary documents and agreements
• Drafting and lodging documentation for registration of companies and trusts
• Drafting resolutions of shareholders and directors of both public and private companies
• Furnishing legal opinions and advice on various areas of the law within the Corporate Commercial environment
• Attending to consultations with clients
• Attending to legal research
